Realme Italia is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager with 5+ years in consumer electronics in Italy to drive our offline retail presence across Milan, Rome, and other cities. You will lead promoter teams, optimize store operations, and manage key vendor relationships, translating brand strategy into retail excellence and successful product launches (NPI).

Competenze

Industry passion for technology and consumer electronics.
Native or fluent Italian with strong understanding of Italian retail behavior.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyze sell-out data.
Willingness to travel across Italy and hold a valid driving license.

Mansioni

Field Force & Promoter Management: recruit, train, motivate, and supervise promoters, store managers, and field supervisors.
Store Operations & Execution: conduct regular store audits, ensure VM standards, POSM placement, and demo unit functionality.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution: lead retail launch go-to-market and zone readiness.
Vendor & Partner Management: supervise agencies, negotiate local supplier contracts and manage budgets.
