Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Be proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to grow performance and develop staff.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Address customer and team concerns and escalate when needed.
• Drive store priorities by planning and executing operations for functional areas.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets; perform other tasks as needed.
• Promote inclusive leadership and build diverse teams.
• Create a safe, respectful environment for all.
