Eurofins Sensory, Market Research and Product Design in Milano seeks a Senior Research Manager to lead client relationships and oversee multiple complex projects in the sensory and consumer research space.

You will manage key accounts, propose methodologies, write proposals, coordinate research teams, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to revenue growth while mentoring junior staff.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sensory and consumer research.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, sensory methods and statistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage projects independently and to coordinate across teams.

• Client management for 1+ key accounts and complex projects.
• Autonomous management, execution and coordination of research projects.
• Write study proposals and prepare estimates; negotiate contracts.
• Present results with actionable recommendations and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Data Solutions Hub and sensory team; mentor junior staff.
