Eurofins SAM in Milan seeks a Senior Research Manager to manage client relationships for complex accounts and oversee multiple projects.

You will lead client briefs, write study proposals, propose methodologies, prepare estimates, and negotiate contracts to ensure on-time delivery within budget, with storytelling in reports and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub and sensory team is essential; mentoring may be involved.

Competenze

• Higher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sensory and consumer research to manage projects independently.
• Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Rigorous, responsive and proactive.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Client Management: Key Account Manager for 1 or a few clients.
• Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects.
• Taking client briefs and writing study proposals.
• Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches.
• Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies.
• Negotiate contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financially.
• Ensure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on‑time and within budget.
• Ensure that the project work meets agreed quality standards.
• Report writing with storytelling.
• Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations.
• Ensuring ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines.
• Revenue: Ensure targets for the accounts are met.
• People: Collaborate with Data Solutions Hub and training/mentoring.
