ACM Staffing is assisting a leading renewable energy company in Italy to hire a Senior Project Manager & Responsabile Tecnico (RT). The role leads end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar PV, storage and O&M projects, with formal nomination as Responsabile Tecnico under DM 37/2008 and CEI norms.

The successful candidate will coordinate engineering, procurement, HSE, O&M and finance teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure compliance with Italian regulations and grid codes.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline for RT appointment.
• Professional qualifications fulfilling the legal requirements to be nominated as Responsabile Tecnico under DM 37/08 for an installation and service company in the electrical/renewables sector.
• Additional specialization in renewable energy systems, power systems or grid integration is an asset.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects in Italy from contract award through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Define scope, schedules and milestones aligned with client requirements and grid constraints.
• Control budgets, costs and cash flow; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders including clients, EPCs, subcontractors, DSOs/TSOs and technical advisors.
• Oversee tendering, negotiation and management of subcontractors ensuring alignment with contracts, HSE and regulatory standards.
• Provide regular progress reports covering KPIs, risks, costs and documentation.
• Sign as RT for activities covered by DM 37/2008 including design, installation, expansion and maintenance of energy systems.
• Ensure compliance with CEI/IEC norms and regional regulations; verify qualifications of personnel and subcontractors.
• Define and supervise technical procedures, design reviews, installation and commissioning procedures, and QA plans.
• Review designs, diagrams, calculations and test/commissioning protocols for conformance.
• Maintain complete technical documentation for all installations.
• Interface with authorities, DSOs/TSOs and other entities on grid connections and authorisations.
• Support audits and remediation of non-conformities.
