REDEN Solar S.A.S in Rome, Italy is seeking a Project Manager to lead BESS and PV development, manage permitting, and coordinate with grid operators and construction teams.

The role requires a Master’s in energy/electrical engineering, at least 5 years in renewables and 2 years in BESS in Italy, and fluency in Italian and English. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Master's degree in energy/electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in developing renewable energy projects.
• At least 2 years in BESS project development in Italy.
• Experience in project co-development or energy management appreciated.
• Proficiency with MS Office; GIS tools (Google Earth, QGIS) highly valued.

Mansioni

• Develop PV and BESS projects and manage permitting processes.
• Coordinate with grid operators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with construction managers from ready-to-build to COD.
• Ensure project reporting, milestones, and budgets are tracked.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with regulations.
