VERBUND Green Power Italia S.R.L. in Milan seeks a Project Development Manager to support wind and photovoltaic projects, coordinating local developers and stakeholders, and ensuring progress from evaluation to handover to operations.

The role requires a Master’s in renewable energies, 3+ years of experience, English fluency (German a plus), and strong teamwork; the company offers an induction phase, annual appraisals and a base salary €40,000–€50,000 with a €4,000–€5,000 bonus.

Competenze

Master’s degree in renewable energies and understanding of project development for utility-scale solar PV and Wind in Italy.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energies development and implementation.
Experience in interdisciplinary and international teams and project management.
Experience handling the Microsoft Office suite and mapping software.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Mansioni

Support the Head of Development in the valuation, onboarding and development of wind and photovoltaic systems up to handover to operations and asset management, including management of time budgets and quality.
Coordinate and lead local developers and cooperation partners, manage external stakeholders (DSO/TSO, local authorities and communities) and oversee authorities portals related to development projects.
Ensure a structured and transparent project process by creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and continuously controlling progress and milestones to achieve RTB status across grid, land and permitting aspects.
Perform pre-feasibility assessments, support due diligence processes for development projects, and advise the construction team on permitting matters arising during execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, finance) and conduct research and analysis on market trends, regulatory requirements and technical innovations in solar and wind energy.
