• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor product development and IC design leadership.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to high-volume production.
• Deep expertise in Datacenter & Networking, AI Infrastructure Connectivity, or related domains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
