Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior QA Engineer based in Italy to lead the QA practice for an AI-powered healthcare software platform. You will own the QA strategy, architect testing infrastructure, and build scalable frameworks ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical experts to translate complex requirements into measurable quality standards and contribute to the overall quality of critical clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional QA experience, including 3+ years in automated testing.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright preferred).
• Experience testing AI-powered systems and evaluating non-deterministic outputs.
• Knowledge of healthcare/regulated software testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy and release readiness criteria.
• Architect and document the testing stack for UI, API, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks; enable AI agents to extend coverage.
• Automate critical healthcare workflows and validate clinical processes.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with fast feedback; ensure reliability.
