Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Consultant AI/ML based in Italy to lead enterprise-scale AI solutions for healthcare claims automation. You will guide design and delivery of agentic AI architectures, collaborating with data scientists, cloud architects, and healthcare experts in a fully remote setup.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish MLOps pipelines, and leverage AWS Bedrock AgentCore and related tools to achieve scalable, compliant production solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years leading AI/ML at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to design and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex programs.
• Strong expertise in agentic AI architectures, including ReAct, tool use, and multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI/ML solution roadmap for end-to-end healthcare claims automation.
• Lead customer-facing workshops to identify challenges and prioritize agentic AI use cases.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures covering claims intake, eligibility, coding validation, adjudication, and denial management.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring technical execution, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Architect and implement agentic AI patterns using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands SDK.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures with Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector stores.
• Guide model development from training to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Establish AI/ML pipelines for millions of claims monthly with reliability and cost efficiency.
