Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to own quality strategy for a cloud infrastructure platform. You will design scalable testing frameworks, drive end-to-end test strategy, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, while guiding cross-functional teams and applying AI-assisted improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in quality assurance, testing, or test automation, incl. senior/staff level.
• Hands-on programming in Go, Python, or JavaScript with automation frameworks.
• Experience designing test strategies for complex software systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD and integrating tests into pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable automated testing frameworks for backend and UI.
• Own end-to-end test strategy aligned with product goals and risks.
• Collaborate across engineering and product to raise quality standards.
• Participate in architecture reviews to improve testability and reliability.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for fast feedback.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and regressions.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to review code/design and plan tests.
• Debug complex backend/infrastructure issues across teams.
• Drive quality initiatives across multiple projects in a dynamic env.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in test automation and workflows.
• Contribute to testing approaches for Kubernetes-based infra.
