Paramount is seeking a passionate Lead Software Test Engineer in Milan (Corso Europa) to own testing across a large multiplatform environment. You will drive test plans, implement automation and mentor QE engineers to maintain high quality and fast delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in test automation, deep quality practice knowledge, and experience with CI/CD tools. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team with opportunities to apply AI‑assisted testing and scalable test frameworks.

Competenze

• Demonstrated expertise in software quality best practices.
• 5+ years designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Experience with web/video streaming testing a plus.
