Jobgether SRL in Italy seeks a QA Chapter Lead to drive hands-on testing and establish scalable QA standards across engineering squads. The role blends coding with strategic quality governance, shaping automation, tooling, and testing practices in a data-driven fintech environment.

You will embed in one squad, participate in sprint ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, own the Definition of Done gate, and lead a monthly QA Guild to align testing practices across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software QA experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on QA experience across multiple squads in an Agile environment.
• Strong automation, testing, and CI quality gate knowledge.
• Deep Java BE understanding and backend test design.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting lines.

Mansioni

• Embed as senior QA engineer within one squad and participate in ceremonies.
• Define acceptance criteria with Product Owners before sprints.
• Design and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, end-to-end.
• Own Definition of Done quality gate and ensure release readiness.
