GoodWe in Italy seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and neighboring markets. You will design and execute strategic sales plans, build distribution networks, and strengthen GoodWe’s presence in the region.

You will work closely with the Territory Manager and product teams to tailor offerings and secure projects across utilities and commercial PV opportunities. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, 5+ years of PV sales experience in Italy, and willingness to travel

Competenze

• 5+ years sales experience in PV industry in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Identify and seize sales opportunities in Italy & Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
• Drive sales engagement and strategies for key customers.
• Maintain relationships with PV project developers to position GoodWe as a preferred supplier.
• Forecast and review sales results and take corrective actions.
• Support product management by gathering customer feedback and monitoring trends.
• Implement brand strategy to strengthen market presence.
