Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Sales Manager for Italy and surrounding regions. The role reports to the Territory Manager Italy & Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta and aims to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

You will build relationships with distributors and strategic customers, drive sales initiatives, and monitor market trends to guide product strategy. Fluent Italian and English are required, with 5+ years in PV sales and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years sales experience in PV industry (inverters preferred).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and seize sales opportunities in Italy & Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
• Drive sales engagement and strategies with specific customers.
• Forecast sales results and take corrective action to meet targets.
• Support product management by gathering feedback and monitoring trends.
• Implement brand strategy to strengthen GoodWe's presence in designated markets.
