Aman Rosa Alpina, a premier hospitality destination in the Dolomites, seeks a Procurement & Purchasing professional to source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage inventories. You will ensure compliance with budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives within a boutique luxury setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain supplier relationships, and support monthly stock counts and audits in a high-quality hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management engineering, SCM, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for beverages, operating supplies, equipment and services.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Process purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Ensure purchases comply with procurement policies and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with stores and departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor stock movement and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Build and maintain relationships with approved vendors; evaluate performance.
• Support cost control initiatives to meet financial objectives.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for management.
