Competenze

• Degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding service and represent the Aman brand.
• Oversee daily Guest Service operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Lead and support the Guest Service Team with guidance and high service levels.
• Coordinate guest recognition, profiles, preferences, and personalized amenities.
• Attend daily briefings to align across departments and maintain knowledge of hotel products and experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.
