Job summary

Allianz Commercial seeks a Senior Property Underwriter for Italy and Southern Europe, based in Milano. You will underwrite profitable new and renewal business, negotiate terms, and lead regional strategies with a Global Team.

You will build strong broker and client relationships, manage large accounts, and steer pipelines and portfolio analyses across Southern Europe in collaboration with the CUO teams. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in property insurance underwriting or brokering roles.
• Strong communication across broking networks and clients.
• Ability to assess risks, terms and conditions for insurance placements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Property LoB regional strategy for Italy and Southern Europe.
• Maintain and grow relationships with brokers and clients.
• Own large accounts and drive profitability for new and renewal business.
• Coordinate with local distribution to execute strategic plans.
• Lead portfolio analyses and pipeline management for the region.
• Collaborate with Global CUO and Local CUO teams.
