Allianz Group in Milan seeks a seasoned professional to develop and execute underwriting strategy for Property & Multinational risk in the Italian market. You will collaborate with the Group and support local strategy to achieve Mid Corporate targets, acting as contact for agents and brokers.

The role requires 3+ years in profitable Property underwriting for corporate clients (PD/BI and Theft), multinational experience and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or Law or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of profitable Property underwriting experience for corporate clients (PD/BI and Theft).
• Multinational exposure and liability knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure underwriting compliance with authority, pricing and guidelines.
• Steer and control local portfolio with Head of Property to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other lines to support marketing strategies.
• Maintain underwriting discipline and adhere to governance and local regulations.
• Support product development and acquisition/retention of business.
• Communicate local business strategy externally.
