Allianz in Milan seeks an experienced Underwriter to lead Property & Liability risk strategy for the Italian market. You will drive underwriting performance, price and portfolio management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support growth and governance within global guidelines.

You will liaise with agents, lead product initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations. A Master’s degree and 5+ years in corporate underwriting, plus fluent English, are required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law.
• 5+ years' underwriting experience in profitable Property for Corporate Clients (PD/BI and Theft and Liability).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Preference for multinational client experience.
• Ability to work in an international organization.
• Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis.

You will liaise with agents and work with cross-functional teams to drive underwriting performance and product strategies. The role combines risk assessment, portfolio management, and collaboration to grow profitable business while ensuring governance and adherence to guidelines. You will shape local risk strategy within a global framework and contribute to cross-selling and market activation.
