AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking an underwriting professional in Milan to manage risk assessment, premium calculation, client servicing, and cross-selling opportunities. You will report to the Underwriting Manager Property, Energy & Construction, Italy and collaborate across teams to support growth and profitability.

• Advanced experience in the Property Insurance industry and good knowledge of the insurance market.

Mansioni

• Review submissions including applications, policy wording, inspection reports, loss runs, and financial reports to determine risk.
• Calculate risk premium considering risk costs, reinsurance cessions, and admin costs while ensuring profitability.
• Advise, assist, and service clients on insurance and risk management needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage relationships to create cross-selling opportunities and retain accounts.
• Ensure timely implementation of new and renewed accounts according to quality standards.
• Support planning and forecasting; monitor financial exposure and premium income within limits.
• Monitor claims and provide input on settlements.
