Allianz Italia is seeking an experienced underwriter to develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market. You will work with the Mid-Corporate team and selected agents to support business development and help achieve targets.

Reporting to the Property Team Leader, you will ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, drive portfolio performance, and collaborate with Sales, Claims and product lines to implement cross-selling and new products while maintaining

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Law.
4-8 years of underwriting profitable Property (PD/BI, Theft and Liability) for corporate clients.
Leadership skills with ability to work across functions and international teams.
Strong pricing, market analysis and risk assessment capabilities.
Experience with multinational clients preferred.

Mansioni

Develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market.
Guide underwriting activity while ensuring adherence to authority and guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Claims and product lines to drive cross-selling.
Support acquisition and retention of business including agent/broker negotiations.
Communicate local business strategy externally.
