AXA XL in Milan, Italy is seeking an Underwriter to write new and renewal Energy business for an allocated client range, collaborating with brokers and clients to grow a profitable portfolio in line with the Business Plan.

You will develop high‑quality relationships with brokers, clients and internal teams, support risk management, and ensure efficient policy implementation while maintaining profitability and risk controls.

Competenze

• Experience in underwriting Energy business and strong market knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage stakeholder needs and negotiate effectively.

Mansioni

• Underwrite Energy business within the plan and authority, reviewing submissions and risk.
• Calculate risk premiums considering costs, reinsurance, and admin expenses to ensure profitability.
• Advise and service clients on insurance and risk management matters.
