Siemens Energy in Italy is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a customer project within the Distribution Transformers sales team, guiding it from planning through delivery and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You will drive detailed plans, coordinate international teams, manage budgets, and lead negotiations with customers and vendors to secure on-time, within-budget outcomes and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects in an industrial or B2B systems environment.
• Advanced Italian and English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
• Occasional travel may be required to customer sites and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables, using standard project management methodologies
• Organize and lead project, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress to meet milestones.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Lead negotiations with customers and vendors, integrating their tasks and reviewing deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
• Establish and control project budgets, oversee procurement, manage invoicing, and present financial reports to management.
