Job summary

ThisandCo is an independent creative agency that blends brands, content, creators, and culture. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can navigate fast-moving social media and digital environments, connecting clients to creative teams to ensure flawless execution.

You will own projects from brief to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships while preserving creativity and quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing projects in creative, digital, or social agencies.
• Fluent English (C1) and Italian language proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Proactive problem-solving with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple creative, social media, and digital projects from briefing to delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across client accounts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, designers, content creators, and production.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and workflows for efficient execution.
• Act as main client contact, managing expectations and relationships.
