Job summary

ERG Media seeks a Senior Project Manager to join our Milan team, coordinating publishing, creative and agency projects from brief through delivery. You’ll work with our CEO, COO, editors, designers, producers, and external partners, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are met.

You will manage multiple projects, build timelines, coordinate reviews, and drive efficient processes. Strong English and Milan-base or relocation to Milan are required to succeed in this fast-moving, international

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, production or creative operations.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience in publishing, editorial, a creative agency, luxury, fashion, design, art or another creative industry.
Exceptional organisational and project-management skills.
Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Own multiple publishing, creative, and agency projects from brief to final delivery.
Build and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate designers, editors, producers, photographers, writers and external collaborators.
Lead regular project and production meetings and translate briefs into actionable production plans.
Prepare concise project status reporting for senior leadership.
