ShopFully is seeking a Project Manager - Digital Solutions to lead complex Digital/Tech projects within a client-focused Sales & Marketing team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver bespoke projects on time, within scope and on budget.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM and 2–3 years of PM or consulting experience in Digital Advertising or retail tech. Strong communication, organization, and data-driven analysis are essential for success.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Consultant on Digital Advertising projects or technological projects in Retail.
• Must have strong analytical orientation and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to Sales during early phases of a custom project, conduct demos and answer questions.
• Discuss with Marketing C-levels and propose the best solution to carry on the project.
• Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Product, Data) and third parties for flawless execution.
• Track deliveries and provide status updates to inform stakeholders of progress, issues and risks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
