Job summary

ThisandCo is an independent creative agency that blends brands, content, creators, and culture. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can navigate fast-moving social media and digital environments, connecting clients to creative teams to ensure flawless execution.

You will own projects from brief to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships while preserving creativity and quality.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for aSenior Project Managerwho understands the fast-moving world of social media and digital communication, knows how creative agencies operate, and can confidently lead projects from the first conversation to the final delivery.

You’ll be the link between clients, creative teams, strategists, and production, ensuring that great ideas translate into equally great execution.

What You’ll be doing

• Lead and manage multiple creative, social media, and digital projects from briefing to delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across client accounts, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are consistently met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative strategists, social media managers, designers, content creators, and production specialists.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure efficient execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong professional relationships.
• Oversee social media projects, including content calendars, creative production, approval processes, publishing schedules, and campaign execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and the agency’s creative and quality standards.
• Identify potential roadblocks early, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Organize meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure clear accountability across teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare updates, and maintain visibility on priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development of client proposals, project scopes, and new business opportunities.

What You bring

Project & Account Management

• Significant experience managing projects and client accounts within a creative, digital, or social media agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to prioritize.
• Confidence in managing client relationships, presenting updates, and navigating complex requests.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs rather than simply react to them.

Social Media & Digital Expertise

• Extensive professional experience in social media and digital marketing is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the broader digital ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of social media strategies, content planning, creative production workflows, and platform-specific formats.
• Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating always-on content, digital campaigns, and creator-led projects.
• Ability to evaluate social media deliverables, understand performance metrics, and recognize what makes content effective.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator collaborations, paid social, and digital campaign execution.
• Confidence in discussing social media strategies, creative approaches, and digital performance with clients and internal teams.

Non-Negotiable

• English proficiency at C1 level or above, or native-level fluency, is mandatory.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian is required.
• Proven experience in social media and digital project management is mandatory.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally is required.
• Based in Turin, or available to work regularly from our Turin office.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including in-office meetings, team collaboration, and project requirements.
• Partita IVA (VAT registration) required.
• Previous experience working in a creative, social-first, or digital agency is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
