ERG Media in Milan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our studio and lead a growing portfolio of publishing, creative and agency projects.

The role is senior and hands-on, requiring exceptional organisation, proactive delivery and the ability to coordinate designers, editors, production teams and external partners across time zones. You will own projects from brief through production to final delivery and reporting to the CEO and COO.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in project management, production or creative operations.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience in publishing, editorial, luxury, fashion, design or a creative industry.
Exceptional organisational and project-management skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion or similar project-management platforms.
Based in Milan or willing to relocate to Milan.
Ability to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans.

Mansioni

Own multiple publishing, creative and agency projects from brief to final delivery.
Build and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones and dependencies.
Maintain a clear overview of all active projects and establish weekly priorities.
Lead regular project and production meetings.
Translate briefs into clear scopes, deliverables and production plans.
Coordinate agency and partner projects from brief through delivery.
Prepare concise project status reporting for leadership.
Own and maintain ERG's project-management environment in ClickUp.
