Alstom is seeking a senior Contract and Claim Management professional to drive strategy across complex international projects. You will collaborate with project teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, manage variations and extensions, and ensure robust contract documentation.

You will guide commercial processes, issue timely notices, and provide commercial risk assessment and analysis to protect company interests and enable project success on global programs.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience.
• Knowledge of CCIM or equivalent contract governance frameworks (preferred).
• Analytical thinking with strong risk assessment skills.
• Experience with contract management processes and claim handling.
• Ability to travel up to 20%–30% of the time.

• Develop and implement the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan.
• Lead Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) creation and maintenance.
• Monitor contract obligations and project schedules to meet milestones.

You will guide commercial processes, ensure timely notices, and support decision-making with contractual analysis. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to protect company interests and enable project success on international programs.
