Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of contract management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures application of CCIM and Alstom governance.
• Prepares and communicates Contract Summary updates.
• Analyzes contracts to drive Contract/Claim Management Strategy.
• Ensures timely elaboration and update of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
• Monitors contract obligations and project milestones.
• Issues contractual notices to customers/partners in a timely manner.
• Implements project-specific commercial procedures for variations and claims.
• Maintains reliable filing and access to correspondence with customers/partners.
• Monitors and analyzes project correspondence for potential claims or variations.
• Develops project-specific processes for contract/claim management and risk mitigation.
• Provides pragmatic commercial solutions aligned with contract and business objectives.
• Monitors requests for variations/change orders and manages related negotiations and letters.
• Advises on contractual issues and risks; reports to project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
• Provides training on contract/claim management to stakeholders.
• Anticipates risks and proposes counter-strategies to keep contract under control.
• Collaborates with Project Directors, Managers, and Planning to mitigate risks and maximize claims opportunities.
• Delivers reliable contractual and commercial analyses on request.
• Travel availability up to 20-30% of the time.
