With 3+ years in programmatic buying or trafficking, you will analyze data, recommend adjustments, and serve as a reliable operational expert. The role offers a hybrid work setup and a salary range of €25,000–€42,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in programmatic buying or trafficking.
• Familiarity with analytics, tracking, and web debugging tools.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, traffic, and daily optimization in DSPs and ad servers.
• Monitor performance and proactively optimize to meet pacing and KPI goals.
• Review campaign status and manage cancellations and budget reallocations.
• Develop audience-targeted plans and tactical programmatic recommendations.
• Act as first-level resolver for technical issues; escalate complex tracking problems.
