• 10+ years of progressive hospitality management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in higher education or executive training.
• Experience teaching adult learners or executive education.
• Strong curriculum development and assessment design skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education modules.
• Mentor students and supervise capstone projects.
• Engage with industry partners and lead applied learning activities.
• Lead curriculum development and program reviews.
