Jobtailor in Italy seeks a Product Owner/PM to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. You will translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead products from discovery through deployment.

Collaborate with clients, AI engineers, architects, and data teams; leverage LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and guardrails to deliver measurable business value while upholding Responsible AI principles.

Competenze

The role requires a degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
Significant experience as Product Owner / Product Manager / Technical Product Manager delivering technology products.
Proven experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tooling, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
Experience with Agile delivery and product backlog management.
Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Client-facing consulting experience is desirable.

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
Lead products from discovery and MVP definition through development, deployment, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams
Apply knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns
Define and monitor product success metrics covering business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and compliance policies
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation
Support business development, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice
Stay current with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology advancements and apply relevant innovations to product strategy and delivery

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering technology products
Proven experience developing and delivering Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures, including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management
Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience engaging technical and business audiences
Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment is desirable
Passion for innovation and strong interest in AI-enabled business transformation

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in product management for AI solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, product vision, and adherence to Responsible AI principles. Proficient in Agile methodologies and capable of translating business requirements into actionable product features and success metrics.
