Jobtailor in Italy seeks a Product Owner/PM to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. You will translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead products from discovery through deployment.

Collaborate with clients, AI engineers, architects, and data teams; leverage LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and guardrails to deliver measurable business value while upholding Responsible AI principles.

Competenze

• The role requires a degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Significant experience as Product Owner / Product Manager / Technical Product Manager delivering technology products.
• Proven experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tooling, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Experience with Agile delivery and product backlog management.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience is desirable.
