Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Agentic AI to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered products. You will translate business needs into features, work with clients, architects, and engineers, and guide MVPs from concept to delivery.

You will apply knowledge of Large Language Models, RAG, AI agents, and cloud platforms to shape responsible, scalable solutions while ensuring governance, security, and privacy compliance.

This role combines strong product ownership capabilities with a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI architectures, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern cloud-based AI platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, and data teams to shape innovative AI solutions from concept through delivery.The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.Your RoleOwn the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.Lead products from initial discovery and MVP definition through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams to deliver business value.Apply knowledge of Large Language Models, RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns when defining product capabilities.Define and monitor product success metrics covering business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance.Ensure products adhere to Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and compliance policies.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and help clients identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation.Support business development activities, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice.Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies, applying relevant innovations to product strategy and delivery.Your Skills and ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering technology products.Proven experience developing and delivering Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures, including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management.Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices.Experience with cloud and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment is desirable.Passion for innovation and a strong interest in AI-enabled business transformation.Why you should consider CapgeminiGrowing clients’ businesses while building a more sustainable, more inclusive future is a tough ask.
