Job summary

Argotec seeks a Senior Product Manager with payload focus to join the Growth Team and shape the product roadmap for Earth Observation and telecom payloads. You will translate complex tech into compelling business narratives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive development cycles from concept to market delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Systems/Telecom/Aerospace, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in upstream/ satellite or aerospace engineering.
• Analytical thinker with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and oral English and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for payload-focused products.
• Translate technology into business value and scalable processes.
• Interact with customers, partners, analysts and press.
• Define requirements and support planning across development cycles.
• Contribute to product launches and market introductions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; adjust strategy.
• Review design docs, ICDs, test procedures and specs.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and R&D teams.
• Build long-term relationships with partners and clients.
