Job summary

Argotec is seeking a Platform Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Unit, focused on Small Satellite platforms, system architecture and lifecycle from concept to in-orbit operations.

The role involves defining requirements, budgets (mass, power, etc.), MBSE approaches, and collaboration with international teams; English proficiency required; Master’s in Aerospace and at least 2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in space.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage system-level design and architecture of spacecraft.
• Ensure compliance with system-level requirements across lifecycle.
• Define and manage technical requirements and specifications.
• Support mission concepts, operations, and budgets.
• Perform analyses including FMEA and FDIR development.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Support AIT/AIV and qualification activities at system level.
• Interface with Quality and participate in NRB/NCR processes.
