Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for a global customer base. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers, and experts to ensure fast delivery of best-in-class experiences.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decisions, and scalable impact across markets. You will lead end-to-end product discovery, shipping, and governance while balancing short-term speed with long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up).
• Independent and autonomous leader.
• Understanding of both UX and UI.

Responsibilities

• Own and influence product strategy, roadmap and GTM with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify customer problems and opportunities; articulate impact and prioritize solutions.
• Plan, drive and ship initiatives using agile frameworks to meet deadlines.
• Set measurable KPIs for launches and monitor post-launch results.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ensure high-quality UX and minimal cross-team impact.
• Build quarterly and yearly roadmaps with stakeholder input and alignment.
