Responsibilities

• Owning strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives.
• Defining vision and roadmap for the product area aligned with objectives.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and Finance.
• Voice of the customer balancing local and global priorities with technical constraints.
• Using research, analytics, and A/B testing to inform decisions and improve experiences.
• Developing business cases, success metrics, and evaluating investments.
• Building relationships with external partners to unlock new propositions.
