Henry Schein One is seeking a Product Manager II to independently own discovery and delivery within a defined product area. You will understand customer problems, shape hypotheses, and guide your squad toward value, delivering measurable outcomes.

You will define problems with evidence and partner with Design and Engineering to trade off user value, feasibility, speed, and quality. You’ll maintain an opportunity backlog and ensure outcomes are tracked after launch.

• Experience as a Product Manager owning features from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to frame customer problems using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Define and track meaningful product metrics, not just activity.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver customer value.
