Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the IBD Transactional Offer to shape retail transactional products across group banks, driving performance analysis, product governance, and lifecycle management for cards, payments, wallets, and related services.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels and collaborate with international teams to influence digital payments strategy at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or fintech.
• Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional business and technology, with focus on cards and digital functionalities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Monitor performance of transactional products across group banks with focus on commercial and profitability metrics.
• Propose and implement product changes and remediation actions to improve performance.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Co-design and monitor transactional products and channels across the group.
• Lead implementation of transactional features in mobile apps, including cards, payments, and wallet functionalities.
• Support development and enhancement of digital payment experiences (tokenized cards, wallets).
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features by business impact and customer value.
• Collaborate with Intesa Sanpaolo Italy functions on joint initiatives in product development.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the group and provide internal know-how transfer.
