Descrizione del lavoro

Intesa Sanpaolo seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape retail transactional products across its group banks. You will drive performance analysis, lifecycle governance for cards, payments and wallets, and lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels.

The role offers exposure to international teams and a strong focus on customer value through data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across markets, translate complex requirements into clear specifications, and advance tokenized card

Competenze

Five+ years of experience in banking or fintech.
Experience with retail transactional products such as cards, payments, wallets.
Strong understanding of payment schemes and card networks.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specs.

Mansioni

Shape and manage retail transactional products across Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks.
Drive performance analysis, product changes, and lifecycle governance for cards, payments, wallets, and related services.
Collaborate across markets to deliver a coherent, high-value customer experience and lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels.
Lead implementation of transactional features in mobile apps, including cards, payments, and wallet functionalities.
Manage product backlog and prioritize features by business impact and customer value.
Conduct marketing analysis and data-driven insights to inform product development.
