Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for IBD Transactional Offer to shape and manage retail transactional products across Group banks. You will drive performance analytics, product changes, and lifecycle governance for cards, payments, wallets and related services, while coordinating with international teams to ensure a high-value customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels, oversee product backlogs, and push for innovation in tokenized

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or fintech
• Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional products and technology
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Mansioni

• Shape and manage retail transactional products across the Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks.
• Drive performance analysis, product changes and lifecycle governance for cards, payments, wallets, and related services.
• Collaborate across markets to deliver a coherent customer experience and lead cross-functional initiatives in digital channels.
• Lead implementation of transactional features in mobile apps, including cards, payments and wallet functionalities.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features by business impact and customer value.
