Descrizione del lavoro

Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the IBD Transactional Offer to shape retail transactional products across group banks. You will drive performance metrics, propose product changes, and govern the product lifecycle for cards, payments, wallets, and related services.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives and influence digital payments strategy at scale. You will work with international teams, coordinate across mobile apps and digital channels, and ensure high-value

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or fintech.
Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional business and technology.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to coordinate product implementation across mobile apps and digital channels.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

Lead design and governance of retail transactional products across cards, payments, wallets.
Drive performance analysis and lifecycle governance for transactional products across group banks.
Co-design and monitor transactional products and channels across the group.
Lead implementation of transactional features in mobile apps, including cards, payments, and wallet functionalities.
Collaborate with Italy functions and external partners on product development initiatives.
Manage product backlog and prioritize features by business impact and customer value.
Share knowledge and best practices across the group and provide internal know-how transfer.
Communicate effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
