Epassi is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape AI-powered welfare solutions across Europe. You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and drive cross-functional delivery for employees and employers in multiple markets.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, data specialists, and business analysts to deliver cohesive product experiences. Fluency in Italian and English is expected for international collaboration.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven organization.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features, including AI tool orchestration.
• Experience across end-user interfaces, admin tools, and APIs.
• Familiarity with product management and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of data structures and how they interact with front-end and back-end systems.
• Experience in HR tech, welfare solutions, or AI-adjacent domains is a strong plus.

• Lead product discovery and delivery for corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing solutions.
• Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights.
• Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into real, iterative product deliveries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
• Produce clear product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commercial teams with technical and product insights for complex sales opportunities.
• Contribute to the rollout of the platform across other Group markets, including occasional travel to European offices.
