Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) based in Italy. You will design and deliver scalable, secure applications across backend and frontend using .NET/C#, React, Redux, and JavaScript.

You will work with product and design teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, and leverage GCP. This remote-first role offers mentorship, ongoing learning, and the opportunity to influence architectural decisions while contributing to high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of professional software development experience with strong .NET/C#.
• Solid hands-on with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Strong frontend skills with React, Redux, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based development.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable design.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build backend services using .NET, C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Develop responsive frontend components with React, Redux, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance and reliability issues.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term tech strategy.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply cloud and DevOps practices to improve delivery workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and opportunities for improvement.
