Eight Sleep is seeking a Product Designer for our mobile team to shape the Eight Sleep app with an exceptional focus on user experience. You will work across Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research to craft high-quality, data-informed designs that balance beauty and usability.

You’ll own the design system, ensure consistency, and iterate rapidly based on user insights. The role involves collaboration across locations, including travel to Milan and San Francisco as needed.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in UX and UI with a strong mobile portfolio.
• Experience shipping designs to public users with measurable impact.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product design for the Eight Sleep app, balancing aesthetics and usability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research & Development to deliver data-driven designs.
• Build and maintain UI components in the design system for consistency across the app.
• Present design updates to stakeholders and guide design decisions from concept to implementation.
