Eight Sleep in Milano is seeking a Senior Android Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will ship native Android features with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectures, ensuring pixel-perfect UI and robust performance for our health-tech product.

You’ll collaborate with backend, firmware, ML teams and executives to deliver high-quality, scalable apps in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity is included for all full-time employees.

Competenze

• 6+ years of shipping high-quality features for native Android apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, and MVI.
• Experience building scalable, testable enterprise-grade apps.
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining stability.
