Eight Sleep, Inc. is seeking an experienced Android Mobile Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Milano.

The role focuses on shipping native Android features with pixel-perfect UI, collaborating across backend, firmware, ML, and design teams to deliver a top-tier sleep fitness app. You will drive code quality, performance optimization, and a strong product mindset while contributing to health-tech innovations that empower users to sleep better and wake stronger.

Competenze

• 6+ years of shipping high-quality features for native Android apps.
• Fluent proficiency in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Coroutines/Flow/MVVM/MVI.
• Experience building scalable, testable enterprise grade apps.
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapid paced environment while maintaining a focus on stability.
